Our System Status website serves as a central hub where you can check the real-time status of our SolMate and communication servers, ensuring that you’re always in the loop regarding any potential disruptions or maintenance activities.
KNOWN ISSUES
04.02.2025:
Following the rollout of our latest update (0.5.3-rf5), approximately 3% of SolMates experienced an issue where the MPPT was incorrectly deactivated, leading to PV production dropping to 0 W.
We have identified the root cause and implemented a fix, which is currently being deployed to production. We anticipate that this issue will be resolved for all online SolMates by tomorrow, February 5th.
06.02.2025:
We have deployed an update that reactivated the MPPT for all SolMates and reset their injection status to align with the position of the 3-point switch (typically on-grid injection). This resolves the primary impact of the faulty update.
However, approximately 1% of SolMates remain in standby mode, meaning the battery is charging, but no energy is being injected into the household. Likely, this can be fixed by physically moving the 3-point switch to another position an then back to on-grid injection. The root cause of this issue is not yet identified, and we are continuing our investigation.
11.02.2025:
99.5% of all SolMates are now in normal operation mode. We continue to monitor this issue.
